Carefree. A Modern Rosè that's ready for anything.

A milestone for us, in the form of Rosè.
The first fully estate-grown Vinteloper wine since the 2019/2020 Cudlee Creek fires. 

Like biting into the perfect apple, it should be thrilling and satisfying at the same time, and this wine represents both for everyone at Vinteloper, and all our loyal supporters.

Glowing ‘Pink’ to reflect in the sunshine, a rich shade to add accent to the 24' Vinteloper Rosé!

The aromatic opening features fresh tropical fruit, white peach, mango and a tiny hint of ground white pepper. Building from there the palate brings in layers of honeydew melon, fresh apple and green papaya.
It is crisp and refreshing, texturally there’s added intrigue with an oily citrus roundness.

Resembling biting into a slice of fresh lime with pearls buzzing over the tongue.

100% from Vinteloper

Shiraz + Pinot Noir.
90% Shiraz
Made like white wine, giving us complex dry Rosè flavour.

10% Pinot Noir
A Saignee, the first time we’ve used this technique.

Shiraz (90%)
We specifically managed and grew these grapes, from our estate Vineyards, for the Rose-style wine. What does that mean?
We put extra time into growing a balanced crop.
We worked towards a very early harvest to retain freshness, acidity, and keep alcohol low.

Pinot Noir (10%)
Saignée (“sohn-yay”) means “to bleed,” and it also describes a method of rosé winemaking that involves “bleeding” off a portion of red wine juice after it’s been in contact with the skins and seeds.
It works to make your Rose super-interesting as well as concentrate your Pinot Noir red wine.
