While looking youthful upon release, we know in time it's set to delight.

At first glance, the alluring pearl pink hue attracts your eyes as youthful summers leap from the glass with that tropical Feijoa character epic up front.
Frosty Fruits and Golden Circle fruit cup bring nostalgia with crunchy white peach, apricot and Nashi pear on the palate.
Finishing with a pink grapefruit-like acidity and zestiness leaving your mouth watering for more.

Crushed immediately upon receival to the winery.
Skin contact for 24 hours prior to pressing to extract a faint blush.
A small component of 25% was fermented on skins in old French oak barriques with wild yeast, left on full lees and stirred until bottling.
75% fermented in stainless steel tank with wild yeast
Post-fermentation we chilled and sulphured to prevent any Malolactic Fermentation and retain crunchy acidity. No fining. Vegan friendly.

We love what Pinot Gris can do with food.
Fresh Kingfish Carpaccio or steamed scallops with shallots would be very nice to enjoy with.
