My mum and dad have been Oyster farmers in Stansbury on the Yorke Peninsula since 2006.
You can learn all about them here.
They are on the water, harvesting for local markets and restaurants almost daily, so grabbing a few dozen for you is no trouble at all.

Collect your Oysters from Vinteloper.
Sunday 22nd or Monday 23rd of December.
Any purchase of 3 dozen Oysters or more qualifies for 15% off any wine on the day you collect.

They are Pacific Oysters.
Sold in the closed shell only.
Size? 'Plate' is the industry term.
Order cutoff is 11:59pm on Friday 20th December.
Oysters will be harvested from the water on Saturday 21st December.
Vinteloper Trading Hours on 22nd & 23rd December will be 11am to 5pm.
Bring a cooler bag or chilly-bin to transport them in.
